Maya Nicole Johnson Jordan aka Mayanicol goes by many names, and as a woman identifying mom of 2 brilliant beings and multi-ethnic Black American woman, she uses art to heal, educate, and elevate the collective consciousness.  Primarily based in LA, Mayanicol educates and practices interdisciplinary art, performing, singing, song-writing, dancing, and choreographing.

RUN BROTHER: Part I of The Howl. Created by Arianne, Azure Rouet, & Mayanicol. THE HOWL: Two part video series/ short film called The Howl (Run Brother & Cleanse). The Howl celebrates both the divine and feminine divinity. Inspired by Clarissa Pinkola Estés' book “Women Who Run With TheWolves”, The Howl started as a visual story board telling the story of a woman who is lost in the desert and uses dance to re-discover herself.
